Preloaded with your Apex-supplied and serviced equipment, getting started couldn’t be easier!
Through your secure portal, you can request services, explore forklift sales, and even arrange equipment rentals. Additionally, if you move vehicles between facilities, you can easily update equipment locations to ensure your forklifts, batteries, and chargers are properly maintained without any hiccups.

Customer Portal Dashboard
Customer Portal Dashboard
Your Apex Customer Portal Dashboard serves as the central hub for managing all your material handling equipment, offering a streamlined view of your ongoing activities. It’s organized into easily navigable categories, giving you an overview of key actions such as open work orders, service needs, equipment rental requests, and RFQs. With a quick glance, you can see outstanding items and track work-in-progress tasks. Each section is interactive, allowing you to simply point and click to open individual windows for detailed information on specific equipment, service requests, and RFQs.
Here’s a brief overview of what you’ll see on your dashboard:
Open Work Orders
Presents the total number of your forklifts being serviced by Apex. Clicking on this tab allows you to view the status of each of these forklifts and initiate a new service request.
Equipment
Presents a description of all the forklifts and other material-handling equipment serviced by Apex. It includes key information such as the location (place of operation), make, model, and serial number of the equipment. Additionally, it shows the operational status of the vehicle, along with the current meter reading and the corresponding meter date, allowing for easy tracking and management of your equipment’s performance and maintenance needs.

Service Requests
Provides an overview of all forklifts for which you’ve submitted a Service Request, along with their current status. Click ‘View’ to access a detailed page with each service request, quote, and work order history. To initiate a new service request, simply click the plus sign in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Sales Requests
Shows all purchase requests for new and used forklifts. Clicking on this tab takes you to the page with full details and the status of each request. Clicking on the plus sign allows you to create a new request.
Rental Requests
Shows all requests your company has made to Apex requesting the rental of a new or used forklift. With one click, you’re provided with pertinent details and the status of each request. Again, the plus sign opens a tab for new requests.
Quotes
Presents all outstanding RFQs for forklift service. You can also start a quote from the dashboard by clicking on the plus sign in the corner.
Additional Navigation Features
The portal also offers additional navigation features to enhance your user experience. Our goal is to provide comprehensive information to ensure optimal service for our customers. Whether you rely on Apex for servicing individual forklifts and aerial equipment or managing your entire fleet, the Apex team is your one-stop shop for expert sales and service.
Using the side navigation buttons, you can access all the Resource pages noted above, plus you receive quick access to the Dealer and Users pages as well.
